About the Role
Are you passionate about hair and beauty with a strong history of leading retail teams towards sales success? Hairhouse is seeking a Retail Store Leader to inspire and lead their team in Chermside West, Queensland. You will be responsible for promoting continuous sales growth through effective leadership, team development, and customer engagement across retail, salon, and piercing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify strategies and opportunities to boost sales performance.
- Provide outstanding customer service to every Hairhouse patron.
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking, and organization.
- Merchandise products in line with brand standards and implement successful marketing initiatives.
- Build and nurture a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least two years’ experience in retail leadership roles.
- Genuine enthusiasm for hair and beauty products and services (any related experience is advantageous).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet KPIs and sales objectives.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
