Key Duties
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team to meet business objectives effectively.
- Enhance customer loyalty by promoting a friendly and inviting store atmosphere.
- Oversee inventory management, product presentation, staff scheduling, and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain a motivated, high-achieving team environment.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in retail or team leadership, preferably within pharmacy or health retail sectors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
- Skilled in monitoring KPIs, budget oversight, and payroll management.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving retail setting.
- Possession or willingness to obtain a current police clearance.
- Availability Monday through Friday.
Additional advantage if you hold an S2/S3 Certificate or have direct pharmacy experience.
