Position Overview

Pilaiyar Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of their store located at 125 Inglis Street, Ballan VIC 3029. The role involves managing the store's sales, customer service, inventory, and supply chain activities to ensure smooth functioning and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet, including managing sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Keep track of product assortment and stock quantities, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Manage orders by coordinating with suppliers and supervising deliveries to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies, merchandising plans, promotional activities, and signage to attract customers and boost sales performance.

Requirements

The candidate should have prior retail management experience with the ability to lead store operations effectively and maintain excellent vendor relationships.
