We are seeking a Retail Key Carrier to join our team at the Crestview Thrift Store, helping to enhance store operations and support management in daily activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support financial goals by contributing to performance targets.
• Monitor and analyze daily key performance indicators to drive store success.
• Help cultivate and lead a motivated, high-performing team to encourage store growth.
• Assist in controlling and managing operating expenses effectively.
• Maintain consistent adherence to exemplary customer service standards.
• Promote and uphold a clean, organized, and well-maintained retail environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrate commitment to Christian values through ethical conduct, honesty, and integrity.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED; alternatively, possess two or more years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid state driver's license and be insurable under Waterfront Rescue Mission’s insurance.
• Have accessible and dependable transportation for commuting.

Working Conditions

This full-time role involves 40 hours per week, with store operating hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday; the store is closed on Sundays. Duties include supervising and being accountable for employees, volunteers, and clients. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
