About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Executive to join Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited as a Team Leader for Retail Partners. This position will initially be work-from-home and involves recruiting and building a team, developing and activating sales strategies, and engaging in life insurance sales through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and team building efforts for the retail partner network
- Drive development and activation initiatives to boost sales performance
- Engage in sales of life insurance products through proactive cold calling
Essential Requirements
- Proficiency in Hindi language is mandatory for effective communication

Recruitment Process
The selection includes an interview followed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) examination. The exam will be conducted at NSEIT LIMITED examination centers.
