Role Overview

The Retail Coordinator position at Repco offers a multifaceted role that leverages your creativity in product placement, promotions, merchandising, and store presentation. You'll be an essential part of the customer service team, assisting customers on the sales floor. Your daily activities include maintaining store presentation, managing stock levels, and delivering excellent customer assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and knowledgeable customer assistance, leading by example.
• Maintain store standards including merchandising alignment, planogram updates, and promotion displays.
• Ensure the retail space is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory levels to keep the shop floor well stocked.
• Promote a safety-first culture, prioritizing health and workplace safety.

Note: The role involves physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated retail experience is required, with preferred exposure to merchandising activities.
• A creative approach to product arrangement and enhancing store visuals.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to maintain tidiness.

Work Schedule

Your working hours are Sunday 9am-4pm and Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm, totaling 40.5 hours weekly.
