Role Purpose
The Retail Consultant plays a vital role in welcoming customers and guiding them thoughtfully to products suited to their needs. Through meaningful interactions, you deepen customers' product experiences and provide outstanding, inclusive service that drives commercial success.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a customer service setting.
- Strong selling abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Collaborative team member with experience actively contributing to team success.
- Empathy in handling interpersonal interactions, fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
- An open-minded individual curious to understand others, listens without bias, and values diverse viewpoints.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with skincare and the skincare market is beneficial.
- Knowledge of related categories including hair, body care, fragrance, and home products is advantageous.
Work Schedule
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Total: 18.5 hours per week
