Role Overview

As a Retail Consultant within our Bathroom Life team based in Richmond, you will be instrumental in assisting builders, interior designers, and homeowners to realize their bathroom renovation goals. Your role will involve customer interaction, product guidance, and order management to help customers craft their ideal bathroom space.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers in selecting suitable bathroom products tailored to their needs.
• Generate and oversee customer quotations and manage orders through email and telephone communication.
• Utilize the 3D Planner tool to visualize and bring customer bathroom concepts to fruition.
• Conduct onsite visits to customers, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ensure the showroom environment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards.

Who We're Looking For

• Individuals with prior retail sales or customer service experience who enjoy nurturing customer relationships.
• Energetic self-starters willing to learn and expand their skills, even without bathroom industry experience.
• Comfortable using computers and open to mastering new software systems.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Aspirations to grow their career either locally within our network or at our head office, with opportunities for internal promotion.
