Retail Concession Manager - Morley

About the Role

Unison Label is expanding its footprint within Myer stores nationally, and we are seeking a Retail Concession Manager to lead our men's and women's concession at Myer Morley. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Unison team, guiding a passionate group while ensuring an elevated customer experience driven by strong leadership, in-depth product understanding, and authentic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer experience while meeting sales and key performance indicators.
• Lead, mentor, and train your team continuously to empower their success.
• Inspire and motivate team members to reach and exceed sales targets and business KPIs.
• Manage operational activities including scheduling, roster management, and back-of-house administrative duties.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in a comparable supervisory role managing a small team.
• Effective leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop team members.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on exceptional service delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial insight to help drive sales, control wage costs, and achieve shrinkage KPIs consistent with budgetary goals.
