Position Overview
Become a vital part of the Lovisa America family during an exciting expansion phase with numerous new store openings across the country. We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant Store Manager who will act as a Lovisa ambassador and inspire their team through leadership by example.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team with integrity and positive example to achieve store sales KPIs.
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team to foster a strong, collaborative environment.
- Share effective sales techniques and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Candidate Profile
- Current experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and care for a team.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting.

- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong people management and performance management skills.
