About the Role

As a Retail Assistant focused on replenishment at Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining optimal store presentation. Our network spans over 185 stores with 20,000 team members nationwide, dedicated to enhancing the daily lives of New Zealanders.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively with customers, providing personalized assistance and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
• Diligently restock products, particularly essentials and fresh items, while ensuring quality standards, proper stock rotation, and attractive presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to uphold daily operational tasks, including keeping the store organized and clean.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, promptly report any hazards, and follow all company policies and regulations.

• Demonstrate a strong customer-first approach to build loyalty through attentive service.
• Exhibit excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
• Maintain high levels of integrity and professionalism, aligning with company values and standards.
• Be detail-oriented in your duties and proactive in alerting management of any concerns.
• Availability to work flexible shifts between 4:30pm and 6:30am.
