Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speedy and accurate checkout services including scanning items, packing orders efficiently, and processing refunds courteously.
• Create positive interactions with customers by addressing their needs, resolving inquiries, and escalating issues when required.
• Assist with cash management activities such as banking, reconciling accounts, and investigating discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, uniform standards, and safety protocols within store areas.
• Offer suggestions and feedback aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
