Role Responsibilities

• Develop and revise professional resumes tailored for IT professionals and consultants aiming at US job opportunities.
• Adapt resumes to align with job descriptions and specific client needs.
• Comprehend technical profiles to effectively emphasize skills, projects, technologies, and professional experience.
• Create ATS-optimized resumes by incorporating relevant keywords and professional formatting.
• Proofread resumes meticulously for grammar, spelling, accuracy, and uniform formatting.
• Collaborate with recruiters and candidates to gather and confirm professional information.
• Maintain uniform resume formats while managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Ensure the professional and accurate presentation of candidate information without misrepresenting credentials.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology, BCA, or MCA degree holders.
• Excellent command of written English and grammar.
• Strong skills in writing, editing, proofreading, and communication.
• Mandatory solid understanding of IT and technical terms.
• Proficient in MS Word including formatting, tables, and document layout.
• Knowledgeable about ATS-friendly resume formatting and keyword optimization techniques.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
• Fresh graduates with the necessary education and writing skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in resume writing is preferred but not required.
