Primary Duties

• Ensure the restaurant and its equipment are properly maintained through daily cleaning, thorough deep cleaning, and preventative upkeep.
• Conduct inspections and minor repairs to keep the location safe, clean, and fully operational.
• Maintain and operate restaurant equipment, troubleshooting issues when needed.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including pressure washing both inside and outside the facility.
• Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete maintenance effectively.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Report any personnel or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Support the overall efficient running of restaurant operations through flexibility and teamwork.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Availability for full-time work of 32–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Physically able to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in variable temperature environments and handling potentially hazardous equipment safely.
