Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Ensure that all food and beverage utensils are sanitized properly.
- Assist kitchen and bar personnel with basic preparation duties.
- Keep dining and service stations replenished with clean and necessary items.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Possess fundamental understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Effective teamwork and communication abilities.
- Physical endurance to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.
- Previous experience in restaurants or the food and beverage industry is advantageous though not mandatory.
