Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the comprehensive management of all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth functioning and superior customer experience. This pivotal role involves maintaining operational standards, driving sales, managing teams and inventory, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and financial controls.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant activities including opening, closing, and shift management in accordance with company SOPs and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate effectively between kitchen, counter, delivery, and service divisions to maintain operational efficiency and prompt service.
• Achieve sales and revenue objectives by analyzing daily metrics and promoting initiatives like upselling and cross-selling.
• Lead and motivate restaurant personnel through roster scheduling, attendance management, training, recruitment support, and fostering a positive work culture.
• Ensure food quality standards including portion control and presentation, while handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory levels to control food costs, minimize wastage and pilferage, conduct audits, and liaise with suppliers for timely stock availability.
• Administer cash and financial procedures ensuring secure handling, accurate billing, and revenue protection.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive operational reports and collaborate with various internal teams like HR, Finance, and Marketing for streamlined restaurant management.

Additional Information

Salary package offered ranges between 30,000 and 33,000 INR per month. The position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
