Role Overview
As a Restaurant Manager at Arabian Forest Cafe located in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and efficient operation of daily activities. This position demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee both front and back of house functions seamlessly.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, prompt, and courteous service to guests.
- Effectively manage customer grievances and provide suitable solutions.
- Oversee food quality, plating, and service standards to maintain excellence.
- Ensure tables are clean, ambiance is inviting, and overall dining experience meets set expectations.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate coordination between the kitchen and waiting staff during peak times.
- Guarantee accuracy in billing procedures and streamline payment processing.
- Maintain detailed daily stock logs covering food items, beverages, packaging, and cleaning supplies.
- Inspect received stock items for correct quantity, quality, and expiry dates carefully.
- Track daily usage and wastage, conducting frequent physical inventory counts.
- Manage minimum and maximum stock thresholds and anticipate procurement needs.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery accuracy and timeline.
- Implement measures to prevent waste, theft, and excessive ordering.
Compensation & Location
The role offers a remuneration ranging between 15000 and 21000 INR per month. This position is based onsite in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
