Your Role and Impact

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll lead and energize teams of 20 to 50 associates, handling all facets of restaurant operations including recruitment, rostering, stock control, compliance, and community engagement through programs like Local Matters. You'll be accountable for overseeing budgets, profit and loss statements, and key performance indicators to ensure the venue's success. The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports leadership by motivating the team, working hands-on across operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and driving achievement of sales and performance goals. Both positions emphasize talent development through regular reviews and coaching.
