Restaurant Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced QSR, Café, or Restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 6 years of experience managing food establishments and possess strong leadership as well as communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
• Drive revenue growth by enhancing customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Control inventory, minimize wastage, manage food costs, and oversee daily operational expenditures.
• Manage cash handling procedures, POS system operations, billing processes, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor employee attendance, appearance standards, and discipline.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of supplies.
• Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Prepare and analyze daily operational reports covering sales, wastage, inventory, and manpower deployment.
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies in all operations.
