Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Hosts to join both our Breakfast and Dinner teams. Hosts play a vital role in warmly greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth dining experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
• Determine guests' dining or lodging needs efficiently
• Manage the seating chart and seat guests appropriately to maintain balanced dining flow
• Monitor restaurant operations to optimize seating availability and customer flow
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
• Perform opening and closing tasks as required
• Assist team members with side duties such as cleaning, stocking supplies, and folding silverware
• Support colleagues and collaborate with other departments to foster positive working relationships
• Uphold established Brand Standards in food and beverage service
• Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Maintain high cleanliness standards within the bar and restaurant areas
