About the Role
McDonald's is seeking a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead and oversee the successful operation of a high-volume restaurant in Killeen, TX. This role requires managing the restaurant to achieve profitability by meeting McDonald's strict standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager will collaborate with leadership to define restaurant goals and devise actionable plans to meet them.
Key Responsibilities
The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, assisting them in goal-setting, tracking progress, and providing guidance and coaching to elevate each department’s performance. This leadership role also involves hiring and cultivating Department and Shift Managers to build a strong, capable leadership team for future success.
Candidate Profile
The ideal individual will have prior experience as a General Manager overseeing high-traffic locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to manage corporate-owned and operated McDonald's restaurants.
Compensation and Benefits
Base pay ranges from $45,000 to $68,400 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits for franchise-owned restaurants include:
