With over three decades of operation, our well-established Italian restaurant in South London holds a cherished reputation within the community. We are seeking a committed and seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead the day-to-day functions of our venue. The successful candidate will have significant experience within the hospitality sector, showcasing strong leadership and a genuine passion for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all facets of restaurant daily operations, including both customer-facing and kitchen activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety laws and health regulations to provide a secure dining atmosphere.
• Supervise food preparation processes to uphold consistent, high culinary standards.
• Create and execute comprehensive training programs to elevate staff skills in hospitality and customer care.
• Manage inventory levels and place supply orders efficiently to maintain smooth workflow and minimize waste.
• Cultivate a supportive and motivating workplace that promotes collaboration and drives employee performance.
• Promptly address customer questions and resolve complaints to enhance patron satisfaction and retention.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position offering a salary range of £50,000 to £55,000 annually, inclusive of service charge and bonus.
