Position Details

• Hourly wage starts at $17.50.
• An additional premium of $2.00 per hour is applied automatically for all hours worked from midnight to 5 AM (overnight shifts).
• Work location: Center Valley, PA.
• Position available as both full-time and part-time roles.

Additional Earning Opportunities

• Certified Team Member status adds $0.50 per hour to pay, if eligible.
• Trainers receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Wonder’s standards while maintaining clean, stocked, and organized stations.
• Adhere to HACCP and all food safety protocols, including proper temperature controls and storage.
• Conduct inventory scans, package correct portion sizes, and verify order accuracy prior to delivery.
• Welcome guests warmly and assist with order placement, pickups, payments, and application support.
• Provide knowledge about Wonder’s concepts, assist meal-kit and delivery operations, and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Participate in light community marketing efforts, such as distributing flyers and street engagement.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitary.
• Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment as needed during shifts.
• Manage waste and recycling appropriately and report any equipment problems promptly.
• Support coworkers by assisting where needed, promoting a positive and energetic work environment.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
• Collaborate in a supportive team setting with leadership committed to employee development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of six months’ experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or customer service environment.
• Capability to work efficiently with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Team player attitude with foundational knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entirety of a full shift.
• Availability to work on weekends is required.
• Food Handler Certification is required or willingness to obtain one if mandated by local health authorities.
