Job Overview
Join Jassi De Parathe Private Limited as a Restaurant Cashier, working in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves direct customer engagement, order and payment management, and maintaining operational standards of the cashier’s area.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and provide answers regarding menu items and current promotions.
- Address customer complaints diplomatically and escalate issues when required.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to accurately process customer transactions including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments, issuing receipts accordingly.
- Maintain precise cash drawer counts at the beginning and end of work shifts.
- Relay customer orders clearly to kitchen personnel and ensure takeout deliveries are correctly packed before handing them over.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping the cashier workspace tidy and organized.
Compensation
The monthly pay ranges between INR 18,000 and 22,000.
