About the Role

Pepper Square restaurant located in Edupugallu near Vijayawada is seeking to fill four full-time Restaurant Captain positions. Selected candidates will receive a monthly net salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹21,000. The package also includes food and accommodation provisions. Employees will typically work nine hours each day with scheduled breaks and have four days off every month. This is an onsite role emphasizing leadership and guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a section of service, providing direction to stewards.
• Greet guests warmly and clarify menu details.
• Accurately record orders and liaise closely with kitchen staff.
• Ensure food presentation and table setting standards are maintained.
• Handle guest issues promptly and facilitate smooth billing processes.
• Support shift transitions to maintain operational continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in a restaurant service or captain role.
• Proven ability to interact well with guests and coordinate service teams.
• Strong adherence to hygiene protocols and reliability in execution.
• No upper limit on experience; educational qualifications and English language proficiency are not mandatory.
