About the Role

Working within the Eastern Territorial Direction (departments 94/77) and reporting to the Development Director, you will be entrusted with identifying land opportunities for residential real estate projects, managing the process from scouting through to acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discover land opportunities utilizing your professional network of business contributors, active field prospecting, and municipal meetings.
  • Analyze all Local Urban Plans that cover your assigned territory.
  • Create and implement a prospecting strategy to identify landowners through multiple approaches including cadastral plan analysis, telephone outreach, direct prospecting, building and updating a prospect database, sending correspondence, and engaging property owners.
  • Build and lead a professional network of stakeholders in your region, including elected officials, notaries, landowners, architects, and real estate agents.
  • Assess technical, financial, and administrative feasibility of residential real estate projects.
  • Negotiate property offers with landowners.
  • Present projects during commitment committees.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Department and Development Director to assemble sale promises; then transfer dossiers to the Programs Department.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds at least a Bac+3 level degree and has a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in real estate development focusing on land development functions. You are precise, self-reliant, inquisitive, and adaptable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive within a team are required. Additionally, your capability to build and maintain a professional network is well recognized.
