About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Resource Manager to join our team at The Square Office, Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site position involves managing how our talent is allocated across various business units. The role focuses on bringing order to resource deployment, covering forecasting, bench strength, utilization, and readiness of project pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Client Partners, Portfolio Leads, HR, and Recruitment teams to address and quickly resolve resource gaps.
- Develop insightful dashboards using Power BI and Excel that provide leadership with real-time resource visibility.
- Identify skill shortages early and drive proactive talent redeployment and upskilling.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience ranging from 4 to 7 years in resource management, workforce planning, or staffing, preferably within IT or consulting sectors.
- Solid knowledge of IT technologies combined with strong intuition to align resources effectively to projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
