- Annual earnings range from $80,000 to $200,000, including competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and fix diverse residential plumbing problems including leaks, blockages, and water heater issues.
- Install and upkeep various plumbing fixtures and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Deliver top-tier customer service by thoroughly explaining repairs and responding to client inquiries.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with team members to efficiently finish assignments.
- Maintain safe working conditions while adhering strictly to plumbing standards and codes.
- Drive a company vehicle to travel to various service locations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential service plumbing.
- Strong abilities in troubleshooting and resolving plumbing challenges.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clientele.
- Capability to work autonomously while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with proficiency in operating a company vehicle.
