Work Environment
Clean Affinity is a family-owned, highly rated cleaning company emphasizing the use of eco-friendly, all-natural cleaning products without chemicals or bleaches. You will primarily work independently, allowing you to focus on your tasks with your earbuds in.
Training and Support
The company provides comprehensive training, including 7 days of one-on-one mentorship to learn proven cleaning techniques. After training, ongoing mentor support continues to help improve quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- No prior cleaning experience is necessary; the company values strong character and trains for skill.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Reliable vehicle needed that can transport cleaning supplies (personal vehicle required, not a roommate's or moped).
- Ability to drive approximately up to 125 miles per week between jobs and about 100 miles commuting to and from home.
