Sparkle & Sheen is recruiting Sub-Contractors dedicated to delivering comprehensive cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, ensuring spotless and orderly environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and upkeep tasks as detailed in contractual agreements.
• Sanitize and clean spaces including restrooms, office areas, and communal zones.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disposal of garbage effectively.
• Communicate any maintenance or repair needs promptly to designated contacts.
• Follow all safety practices and protocols during cleaning operations.
• Maintain professional demeanor and high cleanliness standards at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Business or Sole-Proprietor License and GST Number.
• Hold liability insurance coverage of 1 million dollars.
• Complete Sparkle & Sheen's Orientation and Training program.
• Have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain any missing certifications with company support if necessary.
• Experience in facility maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to efficiently clean and maintain diverse surface types.
• Detail-oriented approach with thorough task completion.
• Dependable transportation for commuting to multiple job sites.
• Strong personal work ethic and capacity to work autonomously or cooperatively within a team.

Additional Information

• Positions offered: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, and Freelance engagements available.
• Hourly wage starts at $30.00 with opportunities for tips.
• Flexible scheduling including 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday; weekend work optional.
• Dress code is casual and English language skills are required; French language skills are not mandatory.
