About the Role

Join Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, located on Jumeirah Bay Island in Dubai, as a Residences Bellman. This non-management position involves providing exceptional guest service in a luxurious, world-class environment developed in partnership with jeweler Bulgari. You'll be a key part of the guest experience, welcoming and assisting visitors with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and escort them to their rooms.
• Open doors and lend assistance to guests and visitors entering and leaving the premises.
• Inform guests about the hotel's amenities, available services, hours of operation, and local points of interest.
• Explain room features such as keys, mini-bars, ice machines, in-room safes, and valet laundry services.
• Handle guest luggage transport to and from rooms and designated bell areas, including storage and retrieval.
• Assist guests in entering and exiting vehicles and help with loading or unloading luggage.
• Provide guests with directions and arrange transportation services like taxis, shuttles, limousines, and keep records of advance transport requests.
• Communicate parking procedures clearly to guests and visitors.
• Adhere to company policies, report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly, and maintain awareness of suspicious persons on the property.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Demonstrate courteous communication, answer telephones professionally, and foster positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and be capable of physical demands such as walking or standing for long shifts and lifting objects up to 50 pounds independently or over 75 pounds with assistance.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications necessary.
