Job Overview

We are seeking a Reset Specialist to serve the Greater Saint Louis, MI area and neighboring locations. Immediate hiring is underway to support Keurig Dr Pepper brands including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other favorites. The role involves executing large-scale merchandising resets across assigned retail stores in collaboration with Sales Representatives and Managers. Building strong relationships with store staff and ensuring customer satisfaction are key components. Additionally, the role requires identifying opportunities to increase sales and providing insights about competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive display merchandising resets in all stores designated by management.
  • Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules in partnership with Sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain positive interactions with store personnel during merchandising tasks to ensure satisfaction.
  • Spot new sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to explore.
  • Report competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

Work Schedule

Full-time position working Monday through Friday during the first shift starting at 6:00 am.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting wage of $19.81 per hour, increasing to $20.86 per hour after six months of employment.
  • Placement within the salary range depends on qualifications and experience.
  • Benefits package (eligibility applies) includes medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid time off (vacation and sick leave), 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in resetting or retail merchandising within grocery, mass merchandiser, drug, or big box store environments.
  • Physical capability to frequently lift items up to 50 pounds and push or pull loads up to 100 pounds repetitively.
  • Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
