About the Role
Join our hotel team as a Reservations Manager, where each day brings the opportunity to create exceptional guest experiences through efficient management of reservations operations. This position plays a critical role in maximizing occupancy and revenue while strengthening partnerships and supporting a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the reservations department, including inventory management, group bookings, room availability, and rate controls.
- Optimize room sales by adjusting pricing strategies, monitoring occupancy trends, and promoting offers to meet revenue objectives.
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Events teams to accurately manage group reservations, corporate accounts, and special event bookings aimed at revenue growth.
- Oversee relationships with third-party booking platforms and travel agents by negotiating rates, maintaining strong partnerships, and ensuring compliance with reservation standards to increase conversions.
- Compile and evaluate performance reports such as occupancy rates, revenue figures, and forecasts to guide strategic planning and improve operations.
- Lead, mentor, and support the reservations team by tracking individual performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
