Role Overview

We are looking for a permanent, full-time Reservations Agent to work in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, who will be responsible for managing customer bookings and inquiries related to travel with PAL Airlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide fare quotations and handle flight bookings for customers.
• Communicate detailed flight information to customers as needed.
• Engage with customers to understand and accommodate their individual travel needs.
• Resolve customer service issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Efficiently multitask to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Offer general information regarding PAL Airlines' policies and operating procedures.
• Utilize strong communication and sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement solutions to adapt to changing industry trends and customer expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education in a relevant field is mandatory.
• At least one year of experience in customer service is required.
• Experience in technical support for one year is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in Travel and Tourism is advantageous.
