Role Overview
Samriddhi Inn Holidays Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Reservation and Ticket Agent to join their expanding team in Jaipur. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about travel, ticketing, and hotel booking services.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage flight reservations and ticketing processes efficiently.
- Utilize global distribution systems such as Sabre and Galileo for booking and ticketing tasks.
- Work extensively with various hotel booking platforms including TBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotelbeds, and RateHawk.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge regarding hotel rates, availability, room types, and policies concerning amendments and cancellations.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Apply sales and upselling techniques to enhance service offerings, which will be considered an asset.
- Experience in the travel and tourism sector is preferred to enhance service delivery and customer relations.
