Reservation Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to join a new Mediterranean restaurant and beach club launch in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, guest-oriented, and confident in managing an active reservations workflow. Experience with pre-opening operations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations to ensure all bookings are processed precisely.
• Lead and provide guidance to the reservations team.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, cancellations, and modify bookings as needed.
• Work closely with restaurant and front desk teams to optimize table utilization.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation logs.
• Uphold excellent communication standards and guest service quality through various channels.
• Contribute to recruiting and training efforts for the reservations staff.
• Support pre-opening activities by setting up and implementing reservation protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Reservations Supervisor or comparable position in hospitality.
• Background in upscale, lifestyle dining venues or standalone beach clubs is advantageous.
• Proficient with restaurant reservation software systems.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Pre-opening experience is a positive asset.
• Familiarity with the UAE or Middle Eastern hospitality market is preferred.
