Key Responsibilities

• Review daily reservations to ensure timely responses to all booking requests are met without delay.
• Maintain high-quality booking accuracy by verifying guest information, rates, and payment details.
• Plan and apply strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage daily reservation operations.
• Coordinate and conduct both on-the-job and weekly training sessions for reservation staff.
• Keep reservation personnel updated on hotel and company developments or changes.
• Spot-check previous day’s reservations and verify all VIP guest arrivals.
• Provide training, development, and motivation to staff to enhance productivity.
• Inform the department about any updates relating to customer profiles, pricing, marketing strategies, promotions, and special offers.
• Lead shift briefings to ensure smooth communication and operation.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel setting.
• University degree attained.
• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
