About the Role

The Reservation Associate position at PCG Hospitality Pvt Ltd, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, involves managing the reservation process within a hospitality environment. This role requires handling reservations via phone and email, maintaining accuracy and adherence to hotel policies, and collaborating across departments to ensure superior guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage telephone and email reservations by verifying room and rate availability and accurately entering data into the Property Management System (PMS).
• Handle bookings made through travel agents including vouchers and credit requests, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
• Process all reservation tasks and extranet communications to maintain booking accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of rate groups and sales accounts procedures.
• Ensure reservation standards and proper system inputs are consistently met.
• Update reservation details by recording cancellations, amendments, and ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to recognize and accommodate VIP guests, including arrangements for room allocation, amenities, and welcome protocols.
• Identify potential sales leads from reservation interactions and forward these to the sales department for follow-up.
• Ensure all reservation records include accurate billing information and provide necessary documentation to the accounts team.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in fluent English communication.
• Skill and expertise will influence salary determination.

Additional Information

Salary ranges between 20,000 to 22,000 INR per month as take-home pay. Experience will be considered for salary negotiation.
