Position Overview and Responsibilities

• Develop, identify, and manage strong client business relationships.
• Serve as a career advisor and talent consultant, assisting candidates and clients through the recruitment process.
• Execute searches for some of the world’s most dynamic and exciting organizations.
• Conduct detailed market mapping and thorough analysis of targeted sectors and industries.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree.
• Skill in forging and sustaining long-term professional relationships, coupled with enthusiasm for engaging with people.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Additional Information

We welcome fresh graduates as well as those with recruitment experience, although prior recruitment experience is not mandatory. The role includes significant training support to help individuals thrive in their positions. Candidates may be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore as the firm expands its team.
