Role Overview

The Research Scholar position can be undertaken either full-time or part-time. This hybrid role involves working primarily on-site in Coimbatore with some allowance for remote work. Key duties include conducting both independent and team-driven research work, performing comprehensive literature reviews, designing and implementing experiments or studies, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to scholarly publications and presentations. The position requires close collaboration with faculty mentors, active participation in research meetings, assistance in preparing grant proposals, and maintaining meticulous research records adhering to ethical standards.

Additional Responsibilities

• Mentoring students and aiding in academic initiatives.
• Presenting research outcomes at seminars, conferences, or workshops.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in research methodologies including literature review, data gathering, analysis, and academic writing.
• Proficiency in project planning, managing timelines, and thorough documentation to meet research deliverables.
