Role Summary

The Research Executive role, based in Singapore on a full-time and on-site basis, involves conducting comprehensive market and user research to support product development, marketing strategies, and organizational decision-making. Core duties include crafting effective research instruments, gathering and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, and producing clear, actionable reports and presentations for internal teams. Close interaction with product, marketing, and leadership stakeholders is essential to translating research findings into strategic actions and refining research approaches continuously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop research questionnaires and instruments tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Collect and evaluate both numerical and descriptive data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Compile and present findings clearly to various internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and leadership to align insights with business goals.
  • Maintain organized research documents within the Atlas Workspace system.
  • Contribute to establishing best practices for evidence-driven decision making.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret data patterns and generate insights.
  • Expertise in designing research tools such as questionnaires.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations suited for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex findings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with common research and analysis software tools, including survey platforms, spreadsheets, and visualization tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with capacity to handle multiple simultaneous projects effectively.
  • Experience in the technology, SaaS, or knowledge management industry desirable but not mandatory.
