Job description
Role Summary
The candidate will be responsible for developing and validating methods for bioanalytical testing in biological matrices using LC-MS/MS technology. They will analyze biological samples, operate and maintain LC-MS/MS instruments, and ensure all calibrations and quality practices are strictly followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and validate bioanalytical methods using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in biological samples.
- Perform analysis of biological specimens assigned to various projects accurately and efficiently.
- Manage LC-MS/MS equipment operations, including regular calibration and maintenance.
- Draft and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to methods and general operations.
- Implement Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and comply with regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11 by maintaining equipment labels, logbooks, and timely instrument calibrations.
- Conduct work strictly adhering to OECD GLP guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in any specialization.
