Overview
Vervali Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Research Advisor to become a vital part of our expanding customer success team. This position involves collaborating closely with lead advisors and global clients to design and execute comprehensive research projects utilizing our platform. The role supports diverse industries including technology, retail, healthcare, and AI, helping clients transform research data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert in our research platform, advising clients on study design and methodologies.
- Oversee entire research project cycles: survey creation, recruitment, fieldwork, data analysis, and results reporting.
- Create surveys and craft effective questionnaires tailored to specific research objectives.
- Conduct and back both qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
- Handle multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align research efforts.
- Develop client deliverables including presentations, reports, and training documentation.
- Utilize survey logic, basic programming, and data structuring techniques to support research tasks.
- Manage participant panels, target appropriate audiences, and oversee recruitment processes.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to drive ongoing product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in customer or market research settings.
- Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience in survey design and questionnaire development.
- Strong capability in managing entire research projects from start to finish.
- Familiarity with managing research panels and targeted audience recruitment.
- Proficiency with research platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Decipher.
- Excellent communication skills and client/stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a bonus but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UX or user research.
- Knowledge of US and EMEA markets.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
