Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Wealth Manager to join our team and focus on acquiring and managing affluent and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The role involves building enduring client relationships to enhance assets under management (AUM) and cross-selling various investment products tailored to client financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire HNI clients using open market sources and referrals.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships to foster AUM growth.
• Promote and cross-sell a suite of investment products such as Mutual Funds, Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), Demat accounts, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Insurance.
• Offer investment strategies aligned to the financial goals of clients.
• Drive new business acquisition and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, or Financial Services sectors.
• Exposure to CASA sales and investment products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and strong sales abilities.
