About the Role
Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is urgently seeking Relationship Officers to join our team in multiple locations including Delhi NCR, Chennai, Bengaluru, Patna, Ranchi, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. This role is centered around sales in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment within the banking/financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Source leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property from open market channels.
- Engage with builders, brokers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and other connectors to generate prospective clients.
- Obtain customer referrals to expand the lead pipeline.
- Conduct meetings with customers to elaborate on loan products, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation.
- Meet monthly sales and loan disbursement targets consistently.
- Perform field visits to acquire new customers and nurture ongoing relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree.
- Prior experience ranging from 6 months to 5 years in relevant sales or banking fields.
- Age limit up to 33 years.
- Minimum CIBIL score of 700 is mandatory.
Compensation
Salary offered ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 35,000 per month with a total compensation package potentially up to INR 4 LPA including incentives.
