Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our team on a company payroll basis. This role combines office responsibilities with fieldwork to drive sales in insurance and financial products.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Engage in sales activities related to insurance, loans, credit cards, or banking products.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience is essential.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of 12th grade with valid certification.
- Age between 24 and 39 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle for field travel is mandatory.
- Must have a valid PAN card.
- Provide documentation such as previous company offer letter, experience letter, and salary slips if experienced.
- Submission of 10th, 12th, and graduation certificates is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary ranging from INR 20,000 (INR 25,000 CTC) up to INR 33,000 (INR 37,500 CTC) depending on experience.
