Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents specifically for Motor Insurance.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with agents to effectively drive motor insurance business.
- Provide continuous training and support to agents to help them meet their sales goals.
