Relationship Manager

Overview

This position is a full-time, on-roll opportunity within the banking sector at a major bank branch. The Relationship Manager will directly engage with walk-in customers, handling and nurturing client interactions to promote and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Operate from the main branch handling customer leads actively.
• Attend to and manage walk-in customers effectively.
• Analyze customer profiles to tailor services and products appropriately.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and collaborate with other team members on candidate offers.
• Manage sales-related documentation critical to closing leads successfully.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have completed graduation.
• At least 1 year experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance fields.
• Strong communication abilities essential for client engagement.
