Overview

Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage customer portfolios by fostering strong relationships aimed at driving CASA (Current Account Savings Account) growth. Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms, compliance requirements, exemplary customer service, and portfolio retention efforts. Strive to meet designated CASA, revenue, portfolio expansion, and cross-selling goals through strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess between 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in CASA, liability banking, or relationship management. Age should be up to 36 years with an academic qualification of any graduate degree.

Compensation
Offered salary up to ₹8.5 LPA depending on experience and profile.
