Relationship Manager

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales of life insurance products while nurturing strong client relationships, particularly with high net-worth individuals (HNIs). This role involves achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer experiences, analyzing business metrics, and ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve predefined business and sales objectives to contribute to company growth.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Expand business through effective promotion and sales of life insurance products.
• Regularly monitor and analyze business performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and maintain high ethical standards during all business activities.
• Manage relationships specifically with high net-worth clientele to maximize business potential.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, enhancing their overall experience.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Must hold at least a graduate degree (Any discipline).
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages is preferred for effective communication.
• Proven experience or aptitude in sales, particularly in bancassurance, banking sales, or life insurance domains is advantageous.
• Strong skills in customer interaction, convincing, and wealth management are desirable.

Compensation

The position offers a salary in the range of INR 300,000 to 325,000 annually.
